Mr. Manousos is a healthcare industry professional who is highly experienced in product launches, operations & operation research, clinical trials, marketing, data warehouse modeling, and master database management (MDM) solutions. Jim is also the co-founder of DarkMatter2bd and founder of several previous companies, one that was sold to Quintiles Transnational, another which was sold to Veeva. His accomplishments include building first 64-bit data warehouse in healthcare as well as the redesign and construction of the largest medical claims repository still available, including the initial projection methodology and matching algorithms for tracking over 100 million blinded patient lives on a daily basis. This database later became part of Verispan, later SDI, and now resides at IMS America. Jim’s skills include the integration of complex disparate data with advanced computing technologies and information delivery systems that are used to solve complex client business needs. Jim has presented at many conferences including both medical and technology meetings including SMP/MPP Conferences. Jim has also received research grants from the National Science Foundation and the Department of Energy as well as several foundations. Most recently, Jim led one of the four winning teams to win the Institute of Medicine’s global competition on Ending Domestic Violence @Home. Jim sits on several corporate and non-profit boards and is an active member of the Academy on Violence and Abuse (AVA).
Mr. DeChellis is an accomplished pharmaceutical marketer and health information technology (HIT) professional focused on strategic planning and analytics for organizations and companies in the life science industry. As principal and founder of NHHS Healthcare Consulting in 2005 and co-founder of DarkMatter2bd in 2012, Vince draws on a rich industry and healthcare background to help clients achieve their business goals of improving health, profitability, and brand equity. His pharmaceutical experience includes leadership positions in sales, marketing, managed care, life cycle management, and e-Business. Vince’s guidance has led NHHS and DarkMatter2bd to focus on the rapidly growing opportunities in health information technology, business intelligence, and database development/ analytics. The creation of DarkMatter2bd and the MedFuseTM Database has brought a valuable new resource to life science R&D and marketing. In addition, Vince is a member of HIMSS, is active in numerous industry associations, and sits on the board of two companies that support the life science industry.
Mr. Paciulli is a 32 year veteran of the IT industry with extensive experience in programming and architecture of business systems with expertise in data warehousing and business intelligence. Mr. Paciulli entered into the pharmaceutical industry in 2001 working for Verispan where he was responsible for the design and management of the Vector data warehouse. Vector was a 30 terabyte projected RX and MX claims data warehouse updated on a daily basis that drove 75% of the company revenue. In 2006, Mr. Paciulli joined Advantage Management Solutions, a supplier of Healthcare Provider data to the life science industry where he led the development of many data warehouse initiatives including the National Provider Storefront. The National Provider DW gave customers access to healthcare provider data using a custom SharePoint web portal for stewarding data as well as web services. Many of their customers access web services from their CRM systems including Salesforce.com and Oracle CRM. Prior to moving to the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Paciulli worked at several Fortune 500 companies including Billboard Magazine, AT&T, Nabisco, and Goldman Sachs. At Nabisco, he led the National Sales Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Reporting Project. The application had over 2,500 users and generated over 200,000 reporting requests per month.
Mr. Paterson began his career in marketing and sales management with a top 10 global Pharmaceutical company and went on to hold senior management positions in a number of BioPharma service companies; three of which he was instrumental in their start-up, success and sale. He is known for his achievements in technology innovation. As VP Product Development at QuadROM he pioneered the development of CRM systems. At Technology Solutions and Intercon Systems he was VP, Strategic Product Planning and was instrumental in the design, launch and deployment of several innovative applications targeting patient behavior modeling, medication adherence, secondary research, business intelligence applications and integration and management of industry data. He remains passionate about applying new technologies that improve medication adherence and BI that can radically improve program or business performance.
